DAY 1

Experience Before Label: Engage in a hands-on, interactive session where participants experience a Career SUPERDRIVE™ session firsthand—giving you a preview of what your future participants will gain.
Experience Design & Power of Play: Learn the principles of designing immersive, impactful learning experiences that encourage agency and foster an exploration mindset. You will also be exposed to the psychological science of using games for facilitation.
Coaching & Facilitation Basics: Understand how to ask powerful, open-ended questions that guide participants to reflect deeply and move beyond their current career mindsets.

DAY 2

Customising Career SUPERDRIVE™ for Your Audience: Learn how to tailor Career SUPERDRIVE™ and training experiences to meet the needs of diverse individuals or organisational goals, maximising engagement and impact. Experience exclusive access to the thinking and design approaches behind My Working Title™’s games and facilitation.
Career Development Theories: Gain insights into key career development theories and explore how they can be applied to better understand player motivations and decision-making processes.
Design & Refine Your Playshop: Design your own Career SUPERDRIVE™ Playshop with a focus on practical, real-world applications that will enhance participant engagement and responsiveness.
Role Play & Debrief: Participate in multiple role-play sessions with live feedback, refining facilitation and coaching skills to drive engagement and effectiveness. This hands-on practice will help you develop key facilitation skills and grow your confidence.
