At this time, the Career SUPERDRIVE™ Certified Facilitator Programme is not SkillsFuture-funded. However, we believe that finances shouldn’t stand in the way of professional growth.

This certification is designed to equip leaders, managers, HR professionals, career coaches, and educators or anyone keen to improve their skills and knowledge to effectively facilitate the Career SUPERDRIVE™ experience for professionals and students. Participants will learn how to leverage the game as a powerful tool for driving career development and fostering meaningful conversations.
Yes you will learn some of those skills, with our focus on integrating it with the gameplay. However the purpose of this course is not designed for deep facilitation and coaching skills.
